Beneath layers of tension, in a vast storehouse of repressed human anger and fear, there’s a hidden treasure trove of wisdom and knowledge. Just as drill rigs plumb the earth for oil through thousands of layers of shale and bedrock, there’s buried behind layers of human tension, an abundance of knowledge, wisdom and love. To tap this great treasure in ourselves, we must source creation: an ever-present genesis of light, love and wisdom in its primordial state, hidden behind a manufactured world of internal chaos. We don’t have to explore three hundred billion years of history to return to genesis. Every human being lives at its source. All that they lack is consciousness… an inability to see past illusion’s veil and become a witness to the sacred nature of each individual life. Ego, mind and matter stitch an internal and external patchwork quilt of illusion and create a prison in which people live out their lives. It takes years of inner work and training to transform the glitter of illusion into reality. When a person masters their inner self, a natural and spontaneous stream of shakti unifies their tangential energies. They discover an open heart, joy, and love hidden behind myriad internal masks. They no longer need ego and mind to create false images that justify their existence. Once the veil of illusion is pierced, they become part of a seamless design of the universe. They fit into the design the same way nature fits into its seasonal changes…effortlessly and without self-consciousness, their existence merges with a greater whole.

Most human beings have divorced themselves from the source of Creation. They live in existential burrows that lead to the grave. They identify with shattered images of mind and ego projected onto a life screen that reflects internal confusion, chaos and intense suffering. Kundalini and Tantric meditation practice help to develop an inner life that frees us from personal strictures and structures that limit creativity, structures that hide deeper mysteries and prevent the transformation of life’s lower elements into spirit. We shackle ourselves in fractured images of the truth. We mistake the mind’s jaded views of freedom and bury spirit beneath mounds of confusion that remind us we are not enlightened human beings. We still have a good deal of work to do on ourselves…
