For me, meditation is not the answer to life, but the inspirational force which drives me to seek the answers to the big questions in life: Who is God? How can I know God? Who am I? Why am I living this life at this time? How can I learn to live my life one moment at a time, and be consciously aware of that moment as I move through my life day by day?

After many years of meditation in New York and Miami, I returned to Chicago, and found myself seeking a teacher who was right for me. I feel very blessed that the universe and my spirit guides have lead me to a very beautiful practice with an outstanding teacher, Dr. Paul Levy.

Dr. Levy utilizes a Kundalini energy meditation practice that was taught to him by his teachers Stuart and Jagna. This practice has changed my life in more ways than I could begin to enumerate.

Dr. Levy has the unique ability of bringing his energy, intelligence and spirituality to his practice. This has changed my life in countless and profound ways.

In essence, we sit with the freedom from expectation, and we continue to grow and evolve spiritually. Meditation takes away that which I am Not, and allows me to see that which I am. Because of meditation I have been able to see an improvement in the quality of my life. It has helped to lighten the heavy load of guilt, remorse and weighing me down for most of my past. It has also helped me to be kinder to myself and to others, and to find equanimity in my life. It is through this process of transformation that I’ve come to know myself better, and to be happier with whom I am.

I am thankful for this practice and am so very grateful for all that it has done and continues to do for me. I highly recommend this approach to spirituality to anyone seeking a greater meaning to life.
